man you need to do alot of reading ,anadrol alone will give you gains but them gains will be lost as fast as you gaind them.

first cycle should be a test cycele,somethink like this

test 2 500 mgs per week for 12 weeks.

You are to young for steroids for starters.. And you can make GREAT gains by following the proper diet and training protocols ... ( without steroids)....
