    Exclamation Help needed Asap

    hey there guys, im very athletic guy and play a professional sport at elite level, im looking to get ripped and not put on any fat, the person who i get my gear off suggested test + deca but after research i found that the deca would stay for up-to 18 months and i have random drug tests, so i need somthing that will get me ripped but also not stay in my system for more then a couple of months. My diet and training is fine just need to find the right one for me.

    diet and cardio will get you ripped..not steroids ..if youre having issues leaning out, there is something wrong with your diet..steroids dont really burn fat, they are used to preserve muscle while on a calorie deficient diet

    winny weeks 4-10 50mgs ed

    No im not looking to burn fat, im 9% body fat and built up quite abit off of my d-bol tabs, just looking to increase it and get bigger up top.

    Ive been lifting around 3 years, 2-3 times a week but since i done my first cycle with d-bol tabs ive trained 6days a week and gained nearly 2 stone of muscle, im looking to get bigger pecs and 6 pac and ino gear will help me along the way so just wondering what to take....

    Shouldn't you wait for this before dispensing cycle advice? And a 10 week prop cycle as a first cycle, I don't think so.

    sorry im not good at explaining things here am i, i do have a 6pac but i want it to be ripped, there full time, i train 6 days a week at a very intee level and do alot of weights, i will get there just want to know if there is a cycle which willhelp me with this and also improve my over all strength when playing.

    hey buddy...i been around this board for almost 4 years now and have learned a lot...but unfortunately i have learned from my mistakes and i thinks its clear that you need to do more research before jumping into a quick fix that coukld hurt you later on down the road....

    ive done alot of research into steriods over the last couple of months and learnt that over if taken properly then they dont effect you in the long run ""theres alot of smoke but no fire when it comes to steroids ", one of my best friends was 10 stone last year and now he is 18 and benching 200kg, although he is more bulk then defined it shows that steroids play a massive effect when it comes to strength and size, i just want to right one that will help me build up, i gained alot just from d-bol tab cycle. im looking to get very defined.

    is 18( if weight 252lbs) hes age or weight now?theres no way someone who was 10 stone (140lbs) could be 8 stone(112lbs) heavier in 12 months??

    he was 18 years old 10 stone he is now 18stone and 19 years old nearly 20. he is training for britains strongest man.

    it took me 3 years to go from 140 to 221. and that was with 5 cycles and damn hard work.

    also off the top of my head dianabol stays traceable in your system for 3 months (or is it weeks). id check that out mate, it could still be traced.

    If he' s put on that amount of weight in a year then he cant be looking all that good and it is unhealthy.

    Well he was HUGEEE but now he is off he is just looks fat, but still benching 200kg hes gotta be strong right! I hope d-bol isnt 3months i got a very big test coming up within the next 2 months
