    First Timer... Been thinking for awhile

    I'm 5'9" and 185lbs. I'm looking into doing my first cycle. Something really minimal as I don't want to be juiced on a lot of shit. I'm of an asian ethnic background if that really matters. But it seems as though I've plateaued and have for a while. I'll be truly content with myself if I can reach 200-205lbs of solid muscle. A good 20lbs. I don't think that's much to ask. And juice seems like it's the only way possible at this point in my training career.

    I'm looking to take:

    week 1-4: D-bol 20mg
    week 1-12: Test E 400mgs

    w/ some nolvadex on hand

    as outlined in the Novice I cycle link provided here:

    Any advice from some of you experienced users?

    cycle looks decant . but it all depends on your stats?

    I was just going to ask the same thing, how long youve been training and age. AAS are ok to use to push youself to the next level or as an easier way to grow faster...not really easy tho as you will find out.

    stats, as in lifting stats? here's where I can't seem to move. and i strictly train for strength (5x5 program).

    Max bench: 255lbs
    Max Squat: ??? should be around 250lbs.
    Max Dead: Before was 315lbs. Should be a lot more now.


    Let me say though... I come from a gene pool of really bad genetics. Not one person in my family (Uncles, cousins, etc.) has good definition. I can certain distinguish between good and bad genetics. I'd be considered in the latter one unfortunately...

    thanks for the checklist... i read it and pretty much qualify. i've done a lot of homework and research over the years. i'm not going to step into this blindly. thanks again for the checklist. A+++
