Taking mesterolone at high dosage

My queation would be about mesterolone (Proviron )- if I took high dosage of this stuff (apr. 400 mg), but only once, would I stepped into a big pile of shit?? !t's very important

You mean 400mg's once? If so I wouldn't worry about it.

To block my estrogen receptors (I read that tamoxiphene+proviron can block them quite effective, can lead to almost complete suppression)

You do realize that your muscles need estrogen to grow right. And I wouldn't rely on proviron as one of my key anti-estrogen compounds.
And don't think estrogen causes too much fat, thats your own fault through improper diet and exercise.

one dose of 400mg? or cycle long? how is 1 dose going to protect you from estrogen all cycle? If you arn't on cycle 1 dose of 400mg isn't going to do much of anything, you will piss it out and life will go on.

You will be fine mate. it will not have shut you down and the dose isnt that big anyways. 100mg is a pretty regular dose and when used medically it is often prescribed higher still. The only worry i have is that you clearly have no clue about what your doing steroid wise. I would do some good research pretty quickly as the next mistake you make might not be so harmless.
