    Deca and Test question

    Im trying to beef up a little bit so my friend suggested i bought deca and test from one of his buddies. His buddy showed me his stuff and it said :
    Nandrolone Decanoate 200 mg/mL
    Testosterone Propionate 100 mg/mL

    He said what i would do was take 1cc of Deca once a week and take 1cc of Test every 5 days. And this should be a 10 week cycle. Does this seem normal? Just curious because i dont want to rush and buy something when is not right stuff.

    weight: 165lbs (really skinny)
    bodyfat: last time i check was about 6 months ago and i was at 6%

    you can gain more naturally before even thinking of AAS.

    Click on the diet forum, theres some good bulking diets in there. see what foods you like and try to match it the best you can to the bulking diets, and then when youve finalised one post it up and weel all have our say.

    I lift 5 times a week doing 2 upper body, 2 lower body, and a full abs day. I have been doing that for about 2 months now and just havent seen much improvement. Ive been eating like a beast with this diet plan i have and drink 3 protein shakes a days and have only gained 5 lbs in 2 months. It gets to a point where i tell myself whats the point of all this workingout and eating right wen i haen seen no improvements. So i decided i am going to go through with the deca and test i just wanted to make sure that was the right amount cuz 1cc just seemed kinda small and the bottle was tiny.

    No man, 100mgs of Test prop once a week and 200mg of Deca a week isn't gonna cut it. Prop needs to be shot at least EOD. Did you know that at your age, your body produces around 100mgs of testosterone per week naturally?

    bro, i think it would be a waste. i say put on 30 to 35lbs on natuarly before you juice. your really tall so your muscles are alot longer so because you dont see it doesn't mean its not thier. keep going hard naturally and you'll hit a point were you will see constant gain. also if your source gave you that horrible cycle advise his lack of knowledge isn't trustable so i would see if the stuff your getting sold is legit. sounds to me he is tryin to sell you left overs and is trying to strech it out for you.

    definitly check out diet forum. try one of the diets there for 3 months and see how you do.
