    clen/t3 + abs question

    ok, so i have been dieting with a lot of cardio and natural lifting and i am starting clen /t3 tomarrow morning, but, i also wanted to ask a question. i see you dudes that are big, havin ripped abs. i was just waundering what techniques you guys use? i am at 220 6'1 and i am wanting this cut cycle to get me down to about 195-200lbs. but i also wanna start working on my abs. any help would be sweet, and yes i already know crunches and sit-ups. thanks in advance,

    hanging leg raises with knees bent to start off with and if you can with legs straight are great for your lower abs

    weighted cable crunches for the top abs

    whats ur bf at? clean diet and cardio will bring them abs to the surface

    my bf im not worried bout them comin to surface i just want them bulging, lol.
    anyways, i actually just started hanging leg raises last week, so i guess im off to a good start. thanks
