my bro just got sum proviron to from a buddy of his at work and gave me sum to include into my workouts. ive been training for bout a year and this will be the first time taking anything other then the usual whey ive been taking. he told me to take bout 50-75mg a day. ive tried to research it but it might as well been in a different language.
so if anyone has got some pointers on how to use it, when to take it (how soon before or after workouts), or what to use it with. also if youve takin it before id like to know the effects and gains if any.
