    D bol

    As I am using dbol to kickstart my cycle at 50mg daily for 4 weeks,should it be broke up and taken throughout the day or taken at once ? Also if I had to take it once daily,is there a favoured time to take ? Think I have read before that users take theirs 30 mins before training. Thanks.

    I can't remember dbol 's half life, check the profiles for that.

    if your tabs are 5mgs 10mgs space them out thuout the day ,if the are 50 mgs just do half am half pm...worked good for me...

    remember spaceing them out will keep blood levals at a stedy pace ...

    Yes usually a-r members split the dose. One in the morning and the other at night. D-bol is active for 7-8 hours...

    I take the tens and space them out all day, you can see the BIG fluctuation if you don't! Your body knows! when your on the hormone highway! Nowdenlid is right, he did a cycle for me and i didn't stick to it like he said and my body told me so.lol. I am waiting on another one and one for MAMA and we are going to cycle the same time but When it gets HER I'm going to listen, if you don't your body will tell you in more then one way!

    AM/NOON/PM...and 45 min prior to training
