Sustanon 250/D-bol cycle.
Afternoon, hope everyone is well. Just a question about stacking these two steroids . It's me first cycle, I've been training seriously for 6 years but have been stuck at a plateu for just over the past year. Everything I've tried seems to be failing so I've decided to start my first cycle. I've done as much research as I can, however I've still got a few questions and would appreciate any feedback from any of you guys. Firstly, are the they both two good products to stack? I've read a review that says not much of the gains from the cycle are kept post-cycle. I'll be doing a 10 week cycle of 500ml Sustonon 250 a week and 25mg D-bol per day. I was thinking of potentially stacking test e with the d-bol instead. Does anyone have any opinions on this? Thanks in advance.

Welcome.
We always want complete stats before offering cycle advice, and some more information would be nice. 25mg/day of dbol ...for how long? Not 10 weeks I hope.

Age: 24
Height: 5'11
Weight: 160 pounds.
Not entirely sure about my body fat but I'd imagine it would be fairly low. The thing is my weight in no way reflects my size. My body is pretty freaky, at 5'11 and 160 pounds people guess me to be at least 20-30 pounds heavier. I think it's because my legs have always been small no matter how hard I hit them, plus I must have very light bones. Here's a few pictures to show it.
I've also got a lot of lagging body parts I want to catch up with on this cycle. Thanks again.

with the test e you will have less injects thats usually good for newbies and easier to keep your blood levels steady...I would up the d-bol to bout 40 mg and run that for like 5 wks...im on a test c/ dbol cycle now...good results and with ur body type you should get great results especially if diet is good

everything depends on the user. i am a sust fan havent tried any other test other than sust. 25mg of dbol over 6 weeks is too much. i would go for 30mg ed over 4 weeks until the injectable kicks in usually kicks in wk5-6 i would have some liver protector handy and hcq. wat u got for pct??

I've switched to 750mg of test-e for 8 weeks now, and I've also decided to take 30mg of D-bol for 4 weeks instead of 25mg for 6. I'm running Clomid post-cycle and Nolvadex during the cycle.

You are going to get huge gains in both mass and strength but will will be very disappiontent when you are done with your cycle you will loss it all. Your gains are going to be alot of water add something more anabolic in the mix

I disagree with Powerhouse555........there is no reason for you to lose ALL your gains if you have a solid PCT prepared post-cycle.
Secondly Test E + Dbol IS a very solid first cycle and you shud get good results.
Personally i think 750mg test per week is unnessacary for your first cyle.
Stick to 500mg Test for 10 - 12 weeks, plus Dbol for the first 4 weeks, followed by a quality PCT and you will make great gains.

I'd go with food dude... wtf if you can't get past 160 pounds there are SERIOUS problems with your diet and/or training...

Agreed, but if he eats like he wants to weigh 180 pounds while on cycle (enough protein, carbs, and everything in ratio), he will get there. If he eats his maintenance 160 pound diet while on cycle, he's never going to get anywhere.
It's not where he starts, but the effort he puts into it. But yeah, it does sound like his diet needs work.

I've always trained hard and eaten copious amounts of foods. I know you fellas probably hear this all the time but I really am a hardgainer. I also realise that I'll have to step it up another gear while on the gear.

Just past half way through my d-bol/test-e cycle. Stopped the d-bol on Monday after five weeks. I've gained 14 pounds so far, 2 inches on chest and solid 1/2 inch on arms. Sweet!

Also, I've been stagnant on my gains for the past week. I'm thinking of increasing my caloric intake. Are gains usually consistent throughout the whole cycle assuming a good diet is maintained? Or do they peak and then level out and start to decrease? Bearing in mind I've put on 14 pounds after 5 weeks, I'd like to hope I could put on 20 pounds by the end of the cycle or possibly even 25 pounds taking into account some of this will be water retention.

Cheers fellas.
Diet at the moment is:
(10.00 am) Meal 1: 25 grams whey protein mixed in half a pint of milk, 2 sausages, 2 poached eggs, 2 slices wholemeal bread.
(13.00 pm) Meal 2: Jacket potato with low fat grated cheese, can of tuna/ or minced beef.
(16.00 pm) Meal 3: 200 grams of Chicken breast or Turkey Breast with homemade potato wedges and vegetables. Use a different marinade each time to mix it up. (Pre-workout meal)
Go the gym on work out days.
(19.30 pm) (25 grams whey protein and 5 grams creatine post work-out)
(20.00 pm) Meal 4: I'll either steak, lamb steak or chicken breast with mashed potato/brown rice or brown gluten free pasta and broccoli or a similar green vegetable.
(10.00 pm) Meal 5: I'll usually cook Meal 4 with enough left over to eat again now, bar the vegetables.
(Midnight) Meal 6: Hold my breath and down a can of tuna straight out of the tin, then 25 grams of Casein powder mixed in 1/2 pint of milk.
I usually drink a lot of water and milk throughout the day as well. I've got a bladder like a sieve though so I'm pissin' like a racehorse the whole day.

i have to disagree with you. my first real cycle was durateston(sust) d-bol and winny at the end. and i have to say i lost very little after. maybe 3 or 4 lbs. it may have been my best cleanest gain cycle i ever ran. i wanna say i went from like 185 to 205 and was probably 9-10% bf. and i was probably about 22 at the time, so i was probably at the top of my game then. but i think if you diet and do cardio properly you can have minimal water retension.
i love the dbol sust cycle.....
