are u trying to cut up? It sounds like you are and creatine will make u hold water.

are you only doing a 5wks cycle? Winny should only be used for 5-6wks.

SCITEC NUTRITION
AND MY STATS ARE
10.4% BF
27 YRS OLD
190 LBS
LIFTING FOR 3 YEARS

i would like to here some more info on this subject as well, i am getting ready to start my winni next week, and was thinking of taking creatine when i stop the test next week?
