5 weeks stuck at +10lbs
Hey guys I'm on my fifth week now of test c at 500mgs and i got stuck at a 10 pound mark for about two weeks now. I have not gained a pound for about two weeks now, i do look fuller and stockier but i'm not getting what i was expecting.
5'9 175lbs I put in on average about 4500 calories a day and workout 5 times a week no cardio done. So just the other day i swithed up my routine to see if thats the problem. My strength is up and thats about it, i would not say that i feel like the test is kicking in but then again i dont know how it feels when it does kick in. Any suggestions on what i should do to help me improve.

Time to stimulate your diet. Your body adapts to your diet, so I constantly change my carb intake, from clean to dirty then back to clean.

yeh eat more but look at the way you train i still think that 5days gym is overtraining buts thats me you might not agree.
also add about 20mins cardio you release the most amount of test from working your legs.

hey do you guys think it would be bad to intake 3000cals from real food and 2500cals from meal shakes, or more like 3500 from real food and 2000 from shakes.

^^
Totally agree with you bro. Squatting to failure not only gave me upper body/overall mass but also even increased my strength on the bench.
When i first started i never trained legs. Not because i'm one of those idiots who wants to walk around with chicken legs but because my legs are huge compared to the rest of my body from years of skating/soccer/kickboxing. So i thought "meh, i'll work upper body & then work legs months later when i get bigger upstairs."
Then when i found out about the benefits of leg workouts i quickly incorporated them into my routine & got amazing results.
Go the squats!
