something isnt right. with enough mass you can lose that weight with a good cutting cycle.
make sure the stuff is good.
i think a cutting cycle and a proper calorie reduced diet is always best.
good luck mate and dont use to much DNP and end up in the emergency room. one of the most dangerous out there.....

i dont go over 400mg so i think im on the safe end of the spectrum. and if i do go down, ill already be in the ER working there.

O, i just got off my shift at the ER and i was the big sweaty guy. DAMN!!!!! i was starting IV's on people and they were freaking out saying "are you sweating cause you are nervous" then they would get nervous. it was actually pretty funny. ill post again in the morning.

Day 2 off- 226lb. i was hoping that i would loose a little something by now but nothing. last night i did sweat out my bed again. so maybe i still have a decent amount of DNP still in my system or my upped dose of Test has something to do with it. we will see.

Day 3 off- 224lb. its getting better. ive got chest today in the gym so we'll see if my strength is back yet. and this morning i woke up bundled up in my blanket. before i was only using a sheet. maybe i can turn the A/C up 70 and lower the electric bill. let yall know later

my workout went great. less sweat and more weight. felt good not dripping sweat all over the place and a lot less people looking at me. i cant wait to see what i weigh tomorrow.

day 4 off- still at 224lb. sleeping is getting tons better. i think tonight i might even cut the A/C up to 70. if i dont loose anymore weight im going to blame it on the 750mg test. but each day i look and feel better so it was worth it. im thinking on my next cycle i might take DNP @200mg eod and use clen as well for around 3wks. any comments on the clen with DNP eod?

why would you do it every other day? wouldnt it be REALLY weak in your system? and also how long would you run it?
If a vet can approve this i might beat you to this method pete hahaha

Day 5 off- down to 221lb!!!!! i know im not dehydrated cause i drank at least 1gallon of water yesterday but i pissed a lot more that usual. also slept with the covers again with the A/C back to to 70. damn i slept good with no sweat.
rickrick- people underestimate what 200mg ed can do. and i dont want to take 200mg ed with clen . i think thats just a little much. so i figured i would do both but at a lower level. there might be some synergistic effect with using both. i like to use the least amount of anything to get the desired effect. so i might conduct this little experiment on myself.

Day 6 off- 220lb. well that was my goal. i wonder if im going to loose a few more? anyways, sleep was good again and i feel awesome during the day. lots more energy.

well theres my cycle.
THINGS TO DO BETTER- there were a few times i would work late and eat tons of food before bed. on somedays i was too tired to go to the gym. guess im just weak minded and lazy. my next cycle ill use Ephedra to help with both of these problems. i think i could have lost a few more lbs if i had those problems in check.
my final weight-im sure that i would have weighed a few lbs less if i wouldnt have moved my test dose from 500 to 750mg ew at the beginning of my cycle(DNP ).
im going to start another DNP cycle in a few days. is anybody interested in a log or do yall kinda get the drift of whats going on or even interested?

supps- multi vitamin, 1g vit C, 1g B12 ed.
test E @ 750mg ed(was 500mg @ beginning of cycle)
think i ran most of my DNP cycle with 60mcg of T3.
diet-just "try" to stay around 3000cal.
its hard to stay strict when my wife is 31wks pregnant. so we usually eat what she wants but she mostly eats healthy. ive also cut alcohol out of my life for the last 2months. sorry i dont have specifics.

Thats cool bro, not everyone can be Mr.Particular at all times but it's key areas when using DNP that can make the difference!!
Cut out dairy, or at least keep as low as possible and especially don't drink milk for teh sake of it. (This relates to the Galactose issue and eye damage)
I've not read the most recent threads on teh usage of Test whilst on DNP but seems daft to me in all honesty, there's no way your body is going to be in an anabolic state whilst on DNP as the mitochondria will be using up a hefty chunk of protein as well as the other macro's! I know you're not the only one to be doing this so will have to do some investigation.... Just personally strikes a sore note ;-)
I'd be wanting to see maybe 400-500IU Vit E in there IMO, Vit C & B12 just isn't good enough here, you really do need a powerful anti-oxidant. Take a B-Complex (containing folic acid) rather than just B12 while on cycle as well. I'd also be looking (personally) for some magnesium and potassium supps.... Magnesium Malate is good and for potassium you could go down the Lo-Salt (bout half a teaspoon to every 2litre bottle of water will suffice and not taste of anything) or the V8 juice route. Personally I like to use the Lo-Salt method as it keeps potassium levels up without having to think about it if you mix up when you buy the water bottles!!

i drink V8 daily. i actually like the stuff.
how does Vit E, magnesium, and potassiums supps effect the body during a DNP run?
im always down for some learning.
note-i ran half my cycle at 200mg and the other at 400mg
i appreciate the help
