I get a lot of jokes about it man. You would think that it is all great but it's not. Until going on the test cream I had a hard time getting all the way up. In one of the previous threads it was said that DHT is the hormone responsible for penis growth during adolescence, but that the tissues become desensitized to it at some point. If we assume that it doesn't become COMPLETELY immune to DHT, then maybe a non-estered drostanalone topical solution might have some positive effect?

No its not a muscle, but the same hormones that help men build muscle(T and DHT) are also responsible for penile development.
