does winny aid in burning fat?

i know winny is suppose to "cut you up", but does it actually aid in burning fat? i've heard that it just makes your muscle look harder but it doesn't actually decrease your bf%. whats the story?

think of fina as a way to put on mass and strength. if you add both your fat will go away! Its true fina really does wonders for my body fat but i couldnt care less about that.

i need solid gains and that will take care of the fatboy look.

diet and cardio are key even tho i hate hate hate doing cardio on fina cycles hehe
