    Gaining Weight on prop

    Hey bros,

    just a quick question.

    Currently half way thru my 3rd week of test prop cycle & was wondering when i will start gaining weight?

    It's my first cycle & i'm only using test prop at 500/week.

    I'm 21, 180 cms & 84 kilos. My daily caloric intake is about 6000 cals.

    Has the stuff kicked in yet? or should i just keep using & wait?

    I know the gear is legit because my friend is halfway thru his cycle & is getting massive but i've only gained 2 kilos.

    so 2 kilos=4.4lbs 3 and half weeks in 6k cls ed i would of thougt you would be up more than that,and its first cycle too

    by the way you should of went with test e/c for irst cycle and dbol kicker and you would of been up 10+ by now imo

    Yeah i'm getting some test e soon, should be coming very soon infact & was hoping to switch to that.

    I'm pretty sure my diet is solid too bro, i posted it up in the diet forum if you wanted to have a look. Don't really have cheat days & always manage to get in at least 5 & a half kcals every day without fail.

    Reason i chose test was because i heard you just need to run that for first cycle, heard great things about it like people gaining 30 lbs etc. I know diet is the most important thing but i thought i had the nutritonal locked down & thought Test prop + fresh receptors & i woul;d be blowing up like no tomorrow.

    test prop is used for cutting/lean mass bro and needs to be shot ed at 75-150mgs ed ,if you get your test e soon stop the prop and start the test e at 500mgs every week (2 shots per week 250mgs mon and same thurs)

    no a very planned firs cycle bro..you should have all gear on hand when starting (inc pct)

    you are useing the wrong test bro test p is a short ester and you should be useing long ester = test e/c

    I have all my gear bro, have enough here for 12 weeks. Also have all my pct, got some letro too. Even some dostinex & cialis.

    How much more planning can i do haha?

    But seriously what's the diff. between prop & test e? Same compound aren't they, just the test e is longer lasting so saves the hassle of ed or eod shooting?

    Should i switch the shots to ed? At the moment i'm doing it eod at 500/week.

    I would like to see your diet, and not just one day of it. I question the 6000 cals, your gains sound like what someone would get on a maintenance diet of around 2-3000cals. If gear is legit , its got to be your diet and supps.

    I question the 6000 cals as well. If your gear is legit and you are really consuming 6000 cals your weight should be up more than 2 kilos.

    Test is test, I don't buy into the prop is for cutting, enth/cyp for bulking bullshit.

    Agreed, Ive had my best gains with prop and cut with drol/deca .

    I think what he meant by ur planning is the research aspect of it..A little research and u would have found that a cyp or enan would be much,much better for your goals...But we live and learn we all gotta start somewhere if ur e comes in soon i would recommend u switch also but with a good diet(sick of hearin' bout ur diet yet!lol) u can build mass with anything!!     should have planned and reasearched his cycle better.dude your only 21yrs. old not even done filling out yet you shouldnt even be doing a cycle. any one agree with me?

    I'm on prop right now. I'm up 10 lbs and i'm in my 4th week. I like the prop cause I don't get a bloat on it so I feel like my gains are more quality. if you were on cyp or enan You would have more of a weight gain but a lot of it would be water.

    Prop is the only test i will run now......and i dont buy into the prop is a cutter and E is a bulker......you can cut on test E.......its all about your diet,,,,,but Test is Test.....

    whats your training like? you are somwhere around 3k over your maintance callories. thats almost a pound a day. something isnt adding up

    Oops

    Ok guys, i feel like the biggest douchebag in the world right now.


    I got home from work before & was just looking at myself in the mirror as you do haha & thought 'I've definetely gotten bigger. My chest, traps & biceps are looking so much more pumped not to mention my quads & calfs. I thought how is this possible if i've only gained 2 kilos?

    So i rang up a mate, went around to his house & jumped on his scales & i'm actually wei***ng 87. So i jogged down to the gym a block down & weighed myself there & it said i was 87.2.

    Now i remember wei***ng myself on the gym scales the day i started my cycle & i was 82.

    But since then i've been using my shitty home scales only to find out they're wrong!

    I knew i was getting bigger because i put on a shirt that used to be a tiny bit too baggy last night & it was tight on me/the sleeves were heaps tight around my biceps.

    so i've actually gained 5 kilos. Damn i feel like an idiot. I mean looking in the mirror over the past week or so i def. noticed a change but just went by what the scales were saying.

    Ooops. I'm sorry bros. feel free to flame. i'm hella relieved..
