shoutouts from an ex lazy ass computer nerd with a beer belly.
hey guys, i was just doing some measurements (dont ask.. lol) and was feeling pretty damn good about the progress i've had over the past year and a half. just wanted to give shoutouts to everyone on this board (and a few others) for all the great advice that's come my way, and i dont even mean about juice, just working out/life in general. if it wasnt for these boards, i dont think i could have kept going as long as i have, and now weight lifting has become a passion and a lifestyle instead of something to show off to your friends. anyways, before this gets all sappy, haha, thanks to everyone out there giving good, solid advice. you really do make a difference out there, so keep it coming.
(the beer belly still remains, i cant give up my new castle!)

by the way.. i've never used juice for any gains that i've made, just been busting my ass in the weight room. =)

How much weight have you lost?

i've lost about 60lbs total, most of it being fat, although the loss of muscle was ~20lbs which i wasnt really happy with, but that was due to my own ignorance. then i changed my diet a little more, began to put on lean muscle mass (with a little fat too), the lowest i had my bf down to was ~17%, and btw all the bf measurements were done with calipers so this is only an estimate. regardless, it still shows a damn good change in bf %. my height is 67 inches (5'7), and i'm 20 years old.
5/2001
215lbs
~29% bf
10/2002
now at 167lbs
~19% bf

congrats bro thats a great change in weight and very hard to do with a lot of people but if done it means a lot of dedication and I imagine discipline so you ought to be real proud of yourself cause you have done what a lot of people wants to do.... but dont. Good job bro
