Second cycle. Plse look over and critique.
I wont be starting for a while but im pretty sure this is what I wanna run.
Week 1-3
d-bol 20mg/day
Week 1-10
test cyp 500mg/wk
pct nolvadex after and liquidex during

looks good bro, can u get HCG to run with the nolva for pct? just looks a tad thin on pct, otherwise great. u could easy run d-bol at least another week if you wanted, and i think you'll find most people will tell u to run your cyp for twelve too. you may not need to run the a-dex right through either, you could try just a low eod dose while on the d-bol to keep your water down, and stop it when you stop the d-bol, see how you go with sides on cyp only. my guess would be they would be negligible and you won't need it until pct. check out pheedno's clomid, a-dex, and nolva pct in that forum. have fun bro

Ive only got enough d-bol to run run for 20 days. I thought about runing it for 12 weeks but id have to drop down to 400mg/wk. Ive only got 5000mg. What do you think? 10wks 500mg/wk or 12wks 400mg/wk? Maybe on the first week I could shoot 600mg cuz if i went the 400mg/wk id have 200mg left over.

First cycle was test prop 100mg eod for 6 weeks. My diet is pretty good as you can see from my pic. Im pretty lean. Right now im around 3000 cals/day, 200g protein, and so on.

I'd make sure there are no problems with your diet... you may want to post it up meal by meal in the diet forum. Looks like you're not eating enough protein, and probably not enough calories to facilitate muscle growth. If you can't get above 170 naturally at 5'10" there ARE problems with your diet and/or training.

According to www.bmi-calculator.net, your daily calorie needs without activity are about 1844. Multiplied by a "moderate" activity factor of 1.55, you get 2858. You're only eating less than 150 calories above maintenance if you're eating 3,000 per day. Hard to gain muscle on that

Yep bro... even if you're taking all kinds of steroids and shit, doesn't matter, your results are going to be pretty poor if you're not eating to facilitate muscle growth. Calories are your bricks that are building your house. Anabolics may speed up your workers, but without enough bricks....
