A virgin to steroids.
Hey guys, you would all be SO DAMN SICK of this question, and i HATE to ask it... But iv been going to the gym for 3 months and hard as hell, 5 times a week. im on a really strict diet, i run abit to.. lost about 10kg of weight.. im 22 6ft wei***n at 79kg. i think its time to stop muckin around and get a boost.
SO>.. what to take? i still have alot of loose fat i wanna lose but i wanna build to.. would u guys suggest just drinking 2ml of stanazol once a week for a month so give me that boost?... i really dont know... keep in mind i dont want to go hardcore huge, just a nice built lean/cut size.. ;-)

Welcome.
Not what you wanna hear but you are NOT ready for steroids . You have to train and eat more in order to reach your natural limit, then think about chemicals.

If you still have a lot of fat to lose, and you've only been working out for 3 months, Chuck is 100% correct. You really need a lot more training or you'll most likely injure yourself. It's also usually not a good idea to start steroids when you have a lot fat either

Drinking aas usually isn't a good idea either.

i would say keeping eating do cadio you could most likely gain alot more right now without aas, speically since you only been lifiting 3 months, i usually dont see my gains for like 4 weeks it seems like, id wait on the aas man and just keep training hard

You definately need another few YEARS of uninterrupted training with a good diet before you consider using roids

You can get nice built/cut with good diet and cardio, and it doesnt take longer then with steroids . I lost 45lbs in 3 months with no roids or supplements. Keep going, dont give up. You still have alot of natural boost.

3 months jesus christ.... two words, diet and cardio for about 2 more years. stay disciplined and you will get what you want

Post your workout and diet in the appropriate forums man. If you hitting sticking points I am sure your plan just needs a little tweaking. If you really need that boots (some times it just helps mentally to add something...) take some creatine or something. There are plenty of things out there that can help you out that aren't steroids .

Essentially your body wouldn't be ready for the new strength it would get from juice if you haven't been training.

lol 3 months...luks like ur a virgin to trainin also... hit at it fr a couple years b4 thinkin of cylin bro and keep well in chek fr ur diet trust me ul get big.. then u introduce roids and get f***in HUGE!
