    Please advise 1st Cycle check for danabol

    Hi all,

    Just going to start by saying ive just become a member but have been reading the forums etc on here for a while now it has been the best source of advise and help for me! Cheers guys!

    Anyway, now its time for you guys to grill me on my 1st cycle of Danabol!

    I started my first Danabol cycle on 29th March, so nearly two weeks in. Ive seen amazing strength gains and size around my shoulders and back already. I didnt take my weight right from the start but did wednesday and I`m 20years old wei***ng 97.6kg, height 5 9". Im totally gussing at a 5lb increase already. W 34, C 47, A 17, Q 26. 20% body fat

    Im splitting 5 10mg tabs through the day from 730am till post training at 8pm. Is that a good split through the day?

    My eating is:

    730am Albran (eggs bloat me up too much) & protein shake (v good brand)
    10am protein shake and bannana
    1pm two chicken breasts with rice, apple and orange
    3pm protein shake and bannana
    530pm two chicken breasts with rice
    6:45-8pm TRAIN
    8pm protein shake
    815pm (when get home from gym) normal dinner
    1030/11pm protein shake

    How does that stake up guys? I work in an office so i cant tuck into big meals during the day. Im scheduled to finish the cycle (6weeks) mid may, then thinking about doing soe clens to lean up for the summer before a second cycle of danabol

    You say you have been reading for a while and you are doing a Dianabol only cycle, at 20yo and 20& bodyfat???
    I assume you meant you've reading a second instead of a while...
    Then you have in program another one of Dbol only?? For the summer...you want to increase your bf and bloat for the summer then...
    Believe me dude, you have TONS of stuff to read yet, begin from the stickies. Your diet need to be revised too.

    Thanks CL, i was hoping my diet would at least stack up, as I say, i cant eat proper meals every two odd hours due to my work. Evan tucking into a bannana and a shake is alittle frowned upon.

    The reason for dbol only is cos a)its my first time so didnt want to start japping myself with deca b)lack of funds for a test sus stack with needles etc and c) a mate of mine has came off dbol having made really good weight and strength gains and hasnt lost much of it 3 weeks later.

    Ive read lots of conflicting reports on dbol and know a few people taking gear and some support on its own and some dont. I suppose it all comes down to what youve expereinced and witnessed and i witnessed my mate have a really good response. In my position how would you alter my diet? Again, I thought I had this pretty much to check and ive got the nod from some big lumps.
