    quad injection question

I know you're supposed to rotate spots to give scar tissue a chance to heal. Is there anything wrong with injecting into different portions of the same muscle? Obviously the quad muscles are kinda long and easy to pin so I was wondering if I could just stick myself at both ends of each head.

I prefer sticking the upper portion of the quads, but it's a big muscle so there is plenty of room to hit different spots of the quad. I still would rotate though.
