Just so you know.. we will have a total of 4 lawsuits by the end of the week for Paul Willingham (aka George Spellwin) Why cant that guy use his real name? I hope Elite Fitness has enough money to deffend himself. Oh yah... and just in case Paul looks at this... The Harcourt Family is suing you as well in Colorado. So, I hope you can defend yourself in this type of situation.
I dont know if you guys know this... but I am a business man who uses REAL LIFE professional lawyers unlike our friend Paul Willingham who does not have the money to hire an attorney. I wonder why that is though??? Maybe because he charges his members for the information search tool?? Talk about crazy... Paul will soon see that the mansion and the lamborghini's he says I have may just mean that we have money to defend our company??

THE POINT to Paul Willinghams e-mail was that he is very scared and instead of just removing a book that he KNOWS he ripped off and has admitted in e-mails (that our lawyers have btw) he want to sling mud and get into a fight he CAN NOT win. So if you’re one of the less than 2% of ************ members who actually open their newsletters, you no doubt read all about how Elite is going to win this case when it goes to trial, right? But interestingly, after they told everyone how they aren’t going to back down and all this other happy bullshit, within a day of sending that mailer out, they sent Brian an e-mail, proposing a settlement, followed by a second one….and trying to negotiate. I’m going to c/p the header from the second one, so you can check the time vs/ the times that Elite proclaimed that they would “win” their case, and all that other bullshit they tried to feed their members. Actually, they didn’t just send one e-mail trying to get a deal, but 2 of them. But of course, if Brian took the deal, he wouldn’t be able to tell you about it, because there is a Non-Discolsure clause in it.Pretty Sneaky, huh? I just thought you might want a look behind the closed doors of what is actually going on here. Because while EF/Paul/George is talking all this shit about fighting us and being able to win, he’s actually dropping Bri e-mails and trying to save his own ass.Oh…and while there have been 1166 views of the ************ mailer about me and Brian (as of right now, 10.40 pm 2 days later), here are the numbers of views for my blog over that same time period

14th 15th 16th (According to my software, My Blog had 1264 views on the 14th - which is when the ************ mailer about me went out, my blog had 763 on the 15th - or the following day, and 517 on the 16th - which is today…these numbers are straight out of my admin CP). So what does this mean? It means that people are reading my blog more than EF’s silly little write up on me. How ****ing funny is that...in one day I get more people reading my blog (the first day) than EF has had for their mailer/main article on their topmost forum in 3 days. What a bunch of ****ing losers…less people read their 6 page mailer in 3 days on their own site than read my blog on the first day the mailer came out…and I more than doubled their number of reads in that same time period. I ****ing rule.

I didn't think it was possible, but A-Rob showed me the Admin CP of his blog here in the office and we compared it to the numbers EF got reading their article on the main page...and in terms of views, he got more in one day than they did in 2 or 3.

That's insane.
