    Anavar solo?

    Would it be alright to run anavar solo or would i see best results by stacking it with something else?

    i think anavar is good if you are leaned up a bit already..... same goes for winny i thought... maybe someone else can chime in here.... I don't think you are going to notice a ton on a var only cycle but then again maybe you will get some small gains depending on your training/diet etc...

    how tall are you, weight? bf%? diet? That is going to be asked before any of the more knowledgeable guys respond to your question...

    also looking at anavar only cycle, but what dosage would you recommend. 50mg/day...also what do the tabs come in? are the 25mg pills?

    other option is t-bol only, is 25mg/day enough and would pct be required

    you can run alone but its better stacked with some TEST

    Come to the dark side, Var Solo.... I am your father!!! I think you'll get a resounding "waste of time" response from most experienced guys her. There are many, many, many threads regarding this subject already. Hit the search button and spend some time. You'll gather a ton of info and responses that way. You may not get many responses at this point with your ownthread. My two cents, I'd only run it solo if I was in the middle of a clen /T3 stack using it just to save muscle wasting. It is very mild, good for strength gains, not good for size. Otherwise, you wont get much results alone without very high doses (70-80mgs/day) which would empty your wallet and possibly your hairline and libido as well. Hang around and gain some knowledge.     This is Off topic: Alright fellas I'm 22 years old play college sports...Right now i eat healthy take a lot of supplements / protein / and some BS fat Burner. I'll prob train MMA over the summer / rugby to keep in cardio b/c i just cant stand long distance runs. The question i'm getting at though is that I'm all Bulk...Prob got like 20% BF...5'8 - 215 lbs..I'm looking for a solid diet. Something to lean me out...I've been doing well when it comes to what food i take it but now i think its time to switch it up...Does anyone have a diet that worked for them or know of any websites with a long list of leaning up diets????????????????Anything would be great guys thanks. Yes i was also looking to be on gear at the same time as this diet...thats why i was just lookin at Var solo...maybe get some clen to...but most of the clen i hear about is just some BS sugar rush...

    I think you should make the diet form your new home for now, there are plenty of diets all over the place, just search around....and after a few months of good dicipline and results...then look into taking some clen .

    most the anti var guys here just hate it becuase they can't afford it. You don't need test for every cycle. tbol raises test levels on its own. tbol 20mg and var 40 -50 is a great combo I used in the past.
