    what do you want to know bro... i think i short changed myself on it because i think i would have had more quality out of a test and dbol cycle and I am apparently one and few that keeps good gains after a dbol cycle i did a standard pct (nolva clomis and aromasin ) and a maintence workout routine with a healthy diet that about it split the dose into around 5 times aday so 5mg with a meal to try and keep blood levels stable
