    water weight gain in first two weeks

    30 years old, 6'4", 205 lbs, 12% bf.

    my cycle is as follows:
    week 1-12 test e 250mg
    week 1-10 deca 200mg
    week 6-12 hcg 500mg
    week 12-15 pct clomid, nolva

    week 3 and my 3rd injection will be sunday.
    I have already put on 7 lbs of water weight, 212 lbs.
    I know everyone reacts differently but will the water weight gain tapper off or am i going to continue to put this on through out the cycle??

    girlfriend is already suspicious of 7 lbs of weight gain in two weeks.

    water weight will taper off. You need work on your pct. All pcts should include an ai imo.

    ok. then PCT:
    week 1-4 (30days) clomid 20mg/day
    week 1-4 (30days) nolva 20mg/day
    week 1-4 (30 days) aromison 20mg/day
    week 1 HCG 500 mg

    is that better?

    no. clomid would be useless.

    7 days 30mgs nolva
    23 days 20mgs nolva
    30 days 20mgs aramosin

    diet is 3400 calories a day spread out in 6 meals that are very clean except tonight in which i ate a double chicken burrito from chipotle.
    work out:
    monday: back
    tuesday: chest
    wednesday: legs
    thursday: arms
    friday: some isolated shoulders and some additional calves
    weekend: rest and lots of sleep

    does my PCT look good.

    it is an ideal pct but i agree with millionare with havin an ai in with you pct.
    are you doind any cardio?

    good way to lose the water weight and extra fat is cardio and steamroom/sauna.
