    7ft 330lbs

    im new to this site and been lifiting for a while i want to put on size quickly and am toying with the idea of test prop or anadrol (hope its spelt correctly) like i said im wanting to put on mass and was just wanting some help
    thanks for any help given

    You need to post stats, lifting history, bf%, etc. before most people will help you.

    i just want to add on mass and thought this was the way to go like i said im going to go with test prop i think or anadrol as what i have looked into it these seem to be the best for bulking

    well i would start with basic cycle like test e and dbol test e for 12 weesk and dbol for 4 weesk something basic and it will give ya size have you found out what your pct is going to be?

    what is pct. i have to get clean by the end of aug as i pall ball so i dont have long thats why iv picked them to as the cycels are short and gains are big. im starting 2 weeks on monday

    Do you have Marfan's syndrome? Being that elongated and taking anabolic steroids is not a good idea in my opinion. Im in pharamacy school and just some of the things I recall in my gen ed year seems to hit a warning trigger in my head. I could be absolutely wrong though.. Might want to check more into it... and if you don't know what Marfan's syndrome is... See a doctor about it.. (President Lincoln had it)

    Also... Putting more weight on your meniscus tissues in your knee is going to obliterate it. I don't think you will see too many organ problems... But soft tissue in the joins.. Hips.. ankles... will all be a huge factor..

    i woul go to the pct part of the forum and do some research it is post cycle you take it after your cycles to get your natural levels back to normal. definitly do research on it before you cycle

    i dont have Marfan's syndrome iv been checked when i was 16 now 23. so i dont have worry aboutthat

    Hieght 7ft
    wieght 328lbs
    bf around 22%

    and i want to bulk now because i'll get enough cardio in seson and will not be able to bulk due to the massive amount of cardio i'll be doing

    Go with a 12 week cycle of test e 500mg each week. Maybe run 40mg of dbol each day for the first 4 weeks and run a good PCT!

    Anadrol will bulk you up more. Do you want more bulk?
    I weighed 102 lbs and jumped to 118 in a week on anadrol. (when i was 20)
    I took a quarter pill every 12 hrs.

    I did no PCT...got no gyno..nothing.. (I couldn' get away with that again).

    i thought i was getting too big and got scared and came off..only 2 or 3 weeks in to it. Back in the day.

    Testosterone will harden you up. What you should do is lower your body fat
    and increase your muscle mass while maintaining the same weight.

    I would avoid water retention gear..like dianabol ..or anadrol.
    Look for juice that will put on quality muscle..slower but steady
    you have to look at the long term.

    PCT is a must!

    If you do the quick route..once you come off.. you may be worse off.

    You don't need another pound imo, you need to cut bodytat. 330 is gonna kill your hips and knees esp if still playing ball even just for fun. You look like you need to cut not bulk. What's your diet look like, you probably eat like a slob like I do. I have to make up for my diet with tons of cardio.

    Cut bodyfat first. Im not flaming you in any way, only critiquining. You cannot cut BF% and gain the muscle you want at the same time. You can lean bulk but in order to cut fat you need to change your diet and up your cardio. First off, you picture looks like you havent touched weights in a while, im going to say it and it may be harsh and if it is please let me know, you look like a fat body. That is what the picture shows, change the pic and get some other ones on here. The picture itself is bad quality of what you may truly look like. I would cut down then bulk up so focus on a clean diet with a lot of brown rice, potatoes, etc.. for carbs. Keep meats lean and stay away from things like alcohol, lots of fat (you still need some fat in your deit) simple sugars, etc.... Check out hte diet forum and it will explain this to you. If you are dead set on a cycle and going to do one regardless clean up your diet and lean bulk only. Do not go all out on bulking as you need to worry about health issues such as your heart while your at a higher BF%.

    You need a proper diet and lifting plan for a while before you even think about steroids .
    Even then you dont need them. You will grow and get in better shape and be big enough without steroids.

    How long have you been lifting?

    Whats the diet like?

    Could you post some good pics so we can get an idea of what you are working with? Hard to tell with a shirt on, but I'd say 22% is a very conservative bf% estimate. Post some shots that let us see your body if you don't mind.

    if i were you i would try to cut up instead of putting on mass. your body fat is way to high to even consider bulking. you need to start a better diet and some cardio.

    Dude your so big you need two girls… Just kidding, I saw your profile picture.

    My advice before a cycle is to experiment with your diet and exercise routine. I think your going to have difficulty putting on mass with all the cardio and calories you will need to take in. I think you might want to find a diet that will work for you and a workout that is going to bulk you up and increase your numbers on strength. If you play a lot of b-ball, it’s going to be tough to gain mass. Either way good luck and let us know what happens.

    that pic is a little old the other one was newer but people said i looked like a 130lbs lol so i cant win. im going to go see the docs the next week to have a chat to him. iv been lifting agian for 12 weeks after a breake of 20 ish weeks.
    im back in the usa on aug the 3rd and dont and cant bulk up then really. so i thought now. i know im a little fat at the mo but if i can bulk now and drop body fat as soon as i get back to college i. my diet is ok over the past 2 weeks iv cut out all suger, all fizzy pop, all pre packed foods, so its not bad at the mo

    I agree with kratos and LB, you need to diet dude before juicing - taking roids with a high % of bf fat will have a negative affect. Lose the weight and you be happy you did when you start your cycle. Post some decent pics as well so the more experienced members here can give you more accurate advice
