K so i am gonna diet for a about 8 weeks as if i was doing a show to take advantage of the rebound, and its been awhile since i competed, and its summer so i wanna....so i dont need help with my diet or training but i am having problems getting stuff so i have some t400 on hand that i know is good so i was thinking of running about 1000mg ew for a while just to help keep some muscle and also to use it to help burn a bit of fat....
my question is, is that dose ok, i dont wanna retain a buch of water and i am super strict on my diet so thats not a problem....
