why don't you talk to your doctor about this?
tell him you have this and you are thinking of surgery..but before you do that..
you would like to see if you can clear it up by taking some pills and see what
he prescribes.
Lots of people have gyno ....age, fat, hormones change etc..
we are all prone to it.
Having a low body fat helps.

Most MD's have no clue about Letro or any other AI/SERM for gyno reversal....they will just tell you to go under the knife!!

well...letro is for the progesterone side of things
whereas nolvadex is the estrogenic side of things ...is it not?
..so determine if your gyno is because of estrogen or progesterone.
correct me if i am wrong.

Sometimes if you go to your doc and complain about pain from the gyno and keep harping about it you may then be able to have it coverd under ur medical.(This is in canada other places may be diferent) This is what my buddy did and it worked for him. But letro to answer the original question

ive been reading about letro it saiz its %97 effective at removing estrogen and that arimadex is only %80 effective.
so does that mean it would be ok to use letro instead of nolvadex for an anti-estrogen?????

Yes and no....In some people the gland never acts up...(no itching, swelling, bumps) some calls this pseudogyno and it can build up for years....basically the fat the accumilates around the chest area and is very hard to get rid of even with strict diet and massive amounts of cardio the fat still remains.....this is where lipo, lipodissolve, topical fatburner creams maybe even letro could help.

Interesting. My body has a propensity to store fat on my chest easily but if I get strict with my diet and excerise I can get it to go away. Its not easy for me but it can be done. I've been like this even as a kid so your saying letro might actually help shed the fat easier ?

if you have had the gyno for a while(the itching and soreness are gone and you just have the lump)then more then likely youll have to go with the surgery. but getting on the letro when symptons start will more then likely get rid of it. Please correct me if i am wrong. i got a small case of gyno 10 years ago and never had a problem with it getting worse over the years on cycles. and i have used to letro in my latter cycles and it didnt get rid off my pre existing gyno. But my gyno feels a littel diff. not luck a lump but more like a soft lifesaver shape. its weird.

I'm in the same boat as you....some people store fat all over the body for me it seems to want to only go to three areas.Abdomen, chest and face(cheeks). The hardest and last area to shed is the chest. And yes there have been studies that show Letro can assit in treating obeisty.

You can try letro and cardio, but if you've had gyno all you're life, surgery might be the only thing that makes it look the way you want it to.
Give letro 3 or 4 months, safer and cheaper than surgery imo, if it works.

if itsjust fat deposits in your chest then just check your diet and cardio. i dont see how letro would help with that unless its a real lump that you got and it was sore itchy and hurt at the time!!

I looked for the study and can't find it right now....maybe some of the vet's can pull it....but again Letro has been used and shown to increase liposys in test subjects! So if you have pseudogyno (accumilation of faty deposist in the chest area of men) it MAY help! And of course in order to lose fat anywhere in the body DIET and CARDIO MUST be in check!

Epistane/Havoc/Epi-max type of product could help.

IMO, yes, they are better, but they are also completely differnt. Epistanol type products seems to help with estrogenic sides at lower doses (20mg or under), but bump up to the recommended dose and they probably won't help, and could cause estrogenic sides as it is a steroid .
