next cycle
hello iam 18 now i was 17 when i did my first cycle...it was 500mg test e.
i was wondering if i would do another cycle my own test production could get lower? or you think that whats done is done? i know that iam 18 and the recommended age is 21 but if you will help me and answer what you think it would be more productive than just to say you are too young..
thank you

actually 21 is still 2young IMO...25 is more reasonable...Also just cause u did a cycle doesnt mean u screwed up ur production and yes u can do more damage...But we aint ur mama bro so if u wanna cycle again just get a good pct together and run it to a T...

It's your money if you want to throw it away now and end up spending 10x more in the future to try to fix things.
Trust people who say you are to young, not old enough and obviously dont have enough common sense. You body it producing WAY more than enough Test. You will not gain anything or much buy using more. 90% is diet. If you want size spend several hours reading the diet section. I though I had a good handle on diet until I spend a good 3 days reading it. Dont say you do unless you do. Here is a sample diet.
Does your diet look something like this? If not you had better do a LOT of reading.
Meal 1:
Eggs 6 Whites 1 Yoke
3 servings oatmeal
25g protein from Whey
Meal 2:
Brown rice 50grams Carbs Brown rice/bean combo
8oz Chicken breast
Meal 3:
50g Carbs from Yams
8oz Orange roughly
Meal 4:
50grams Carbs Brown rice/bean combo
8oz Chicken breast
PWO:
Meal 5:
1 Banana
50g protein from Whey
Meal 5 30Minutes after Pwo meal
50g Carbs Brown rice/Bean combo
1 can of tuna
Meal 6
8oz chicken breast
Hot cherry peppers
1 serving of cheese
Lettice
Bed time snack
1 serving of Natural peanut butter
This is not specifically for you, just an example of what you need.

i understand bro, i'm 18 too and don't want to wait till i'm 24 but i've made up my mind too, i kind of think of it like this, if i don't have the patience and dedication to not take AS till i'm ready, then i dont have the dedication to stick with the diet and training i set up while on AS
we always tell people diet is the most important thing, but i don't think that's true, the single most important thing that has to be on point to be successful with AS and with life in general is BEING ABLE TO KEEP YOURSELF IN CHECK, and by that i mean being able to say, i'm not going to do this, and knowing that no matter what, you won't do it because your willpower and dedication is that strong, anyway i'm on rant so i'll shutup now

theres supplements out there for young kids like yourself that work almost just as good as roids these days. other then that stick to a strick diet and training for a couple of years till youve reached your full potential and if youve done your research on AAS and would like to do a cycle, then by all means. untill then eat, train, sleep
