    first cycle sustanon 250 frequency question

    I just started my first cycle of sus 250. I intend on doing 1cc week. should i do the whole cc at one time or would it be best to do 1/3cc 3 times week?

    I guess i should be more clear. I only want to do 1cc week. Is it better to do the whole cc at one time or split it up 1/3 cc every two days?

    its better to do 1 cc then 3 days later another 1cc (at leats 500 mg of sust a week)

    i am only goin to do 1ml every week. the bottle will last me ten weeks. Being that, do you guys think i should split that one mil throughout the week or take it all on sunday and then wait until next sunday and do another. I have never dosed before and have been working out for only a month. I just figured that if i divided the 1ml into three parts and did it every other day then their would always be fresh juice for the body. what to do?

    Take the shots every other day. Split up that one cc into 3 separate shots.

    thanks for the input. Will i cause harm if i go 1 cc week for 17 weeks with nothing else. will it be effective?

    Why do you want to run it 17 weeks? If you have that much gear, run it for 12 weeks at like 450-500mg a week.

    Well you shouldn't be juicing if you haven't been training for at least a year and preferably 2 or more!!
