    Urgent dbol 60mg,susaton 500mg (help!!)

    hi, i need some help urgently. im 16 stone 10 percent bodyfat 6 foot. been lifting for about a year solid, finally started takin anadrol 50 2 months ago 2x50mg tablets a day, for over 3 weeks and didnt notice a fing, so decided to stop taking them, and started a fresh cycle of 500mg of sustanon 250 a week and 60 mg of dbol a day. its now 4 weeks into it and havnt noticed no big size gains or pumps ect, its almost like im not taking anything. i tried every top supplement on the market b4 and noticed nothing, were as ppl i new did notice it for them. i have a solid training routine and my workout is spot on. Has anyone have any advice or heard of certain steriods not working for certain ppl...? id realy appriciate any replies.

    You talk about roids and workouts, but you're actually missing the most important thing, DIET.
    How many clas a day are you eating?
    Total daily macros?
    What's your age?

    7am; 45 protein shake,
    10 am:breakfast; 4 wholemeal toast, 2 tomatoes, beans, 4 scrambled eggs, 2x10mg dbol
    1pm, pasta potatoes, 2x10mg dbol
    4pm, lasagne 2x10mg dbol
    5pm 45g protein shake
    workout half 5
    protein shake after workout,
    8pm bowl of high protein cereal semi skimmed milk, protien flapjack
    10pm protien shake with semi skimmed milk,
    bed 11pm

    too many protein shakes there....where are the chicken,fish,...??? Eat oats every day.

    yeh i was wonderin, iv theres a difference between protien shakes and protien from shakes? iv i added a 100 grams of protien from chicken in my diet would the gains be better?

    absolutely...don't forget carbs. It is very important as well

    kool, well im bit of a novice realy but have the passion and potentail i fink to may b compete. wot would you suggest as a realistic diet? or just tweek my current one

    sounds like you got fake gear dude.. your diet is not to good but if you didnt notice anything on dbol and test on your first cycle then its fake.

    yeh got it from a good dealer. it had crossd my mind. may b im expecting to much? anyone heard of legit steriods not working b4?

    yes.. even just test alone would be a great cycle. if its good stuff then you will be more than happy with a test only cycle.
