Recommendations for shoulder injuries??
I injured my shoulder lifting about a week ago. I'm still able to workout but whenever I do chest or shoulders it's pretty painful and I'm not able to go as heavy as I normally would.
Whats the best cycle to take to help heal shoulder/joint injuries??

i wouldnt take a cycle to heal an injury. just take some time off from chest and shoulders and let it heal.

Yeah man you wanna be careful with shoulder injuries im just getting back to the gym now after cuff surgery, i lost like 40lbs from not lifting. Its better to rest now then have to be out for a while. I was out of the gym for close to a year and a half

gear does not cure joint injuries, but it CAN lead to aggravation of the injury! don't cycle to cure an injury.
