    Looking to cut fat. Help???

    Assume my diet and cardio are geard for fat loss (cuz it is and can't be bothered explaining what i'm doing) weights training is fine too.

    Looking to speed up cutting fat.

    Thinking a stack of:
    400mg of Npp per week
    100mg Stan per day; and
    2iu hgh every day.

    Thinking a 6 week cycle, 6 off then 6 on again. staying on hgh whole time.

    Is this good for the purpose?

    Or is the hgh a waist of money for this purpose????

    I greatly appreciate your thoughts, and if you want my training routine and diet to help you answer i will post that too...

    horrible.

    what are your full stats? age, bf%, cycle experience, height?

    test must be included in every cycle.

    gh is extremely expensive and is not a substitute for a poor diet.

    to me it sounds like you want to take the easy way out by using aas/gh instead of taking the time to develop a proper diet/cardio routine.

    2x branch chain amino acid tabs (1000mgs)
    slight jog - just faster than my fastest walk - 45 minutes.
    2 times branch chain amino acid tabs
    Straght after jog cup of rolled oats with 25 grams whey protein with water.
    2 hours later. 2 tins (150grams in water),tuna with veges, as many colours as possible.
    2 hours later. 150 grams turkey breast with veges
    Weights
    straight after weights, 25grams whey protein, water and a banana
    2 hours later 150 grams kangaroo meat, veges
    2 hours later 25grams whey protein, an apple
    2 x bcaa caps
    Mixed martial arts training
    2x bcaa caps
    25 grams whey protein, water, an orange or veges
    before bed 25 grams calcium caceinate with water
    bed

    Weights are only in there 4 days per week.

    Everything else is in there 6 days per week.

    Sunday rest day - one cheat meal, usually bacon and egg breakfast with hash browns then ice cream ha ha

    Happy with training and diet Amorphic?

    i am 5'11". 23 years old and bf is pobably about 20%

    I have been cuting for 3 weeks - was bulking for about three months, put on too much fat.

    Want to get shreded.

    If you think this is bad idea then i'm open to suggestions. i just want to speed up the process.

    I have a sports scientist friend who writes diets and training for me, however i don't wish to ask him about gear, he is anti gear.
