Anavar is not suppressive.........
Dont believe it. I just did a cycle of pharmaceutical grade Oxandrolone and think the stuff is great, but didnt do any PCT. What the hell right, its only Var, no big deal. WRONG. Starting having weird issues/symptoms about a month ago. Fatigue, lack of strength in my hands and legs, spells of blurred vision, no sex drive(i mean none) and a few other things. I didnt even think about being suppressed, I thought I had a thyroid problem(family history) or something. Well, went to doctor, had lab work done, all thyroid and other numbers normal(good even) except one. You guessed it, low testosterone . 217 to be exact. That was yesterday, now I have to figure out how to fix this mess.
Just a little story for those of you that think Var is not suppressive.

Dude you should know that pct is a must for any cycle, you have been around long enough. Get yourself on a strong pct asap.

ALL AAS are suppressive to some point. That is why we say that all should have PCT's. Lesson learned huh?

Try some HCG if you can get your hands on some quickly? Of course, you'll want to run Nolva along with it as well. Better late than never with some sort of PCT. Good luck!!

I hope that nobody never said that it's not suppressive at 100%.
Like Lego rightly said, any AAS will suppress at some rate.
Just being an AAS it's involved in HPTA issues.
Obviously Var is considered one of the milder steroids , because it becomes suppressive over a certain dosage.
But nobody's never safe enough, therefore a PCT is always needed.

Yep, learned the hard way. Now hopefully after I get started on some Nolva all will return to normal.
I have been around here a while and still thought I would get away with no PCT on Var. So I am hoping other board members read this and learn from my mistake. Which BTW is backed by hard evidence not some guys opinion. 217 is not my opinion, it is a lab fact.

I guess shrunken balls is'nt the only sign of being suppresed. After 8wks of var my balls never shrank. I thought, "Hey this sheet is'nt suppressive". But I ran a pct anyway just because it's the thing to do.

My first cycle wasn't PCT'd, so you aren't alone in the doofus decision.
I'm sure we've all been there at one point.
TIME FOR PCT!
