anavar dosage

my brother is starting his anavar tomorrow i have 10 mg tablets, i wanted to find out can he just take all 5 at a time or should i take them one by one during the day. he will be taking 50 mg a day for 2 months. Any help would be appreciated.

the half life on var is around 6 hours so i would split them up into at least two doses per day.

Half life is about 9 hrs, so I would do 30mg am and 20mg pm. I had good results at 20am , 20 pm. 6 weeks.

What kind of results are you looking for? At 18% you will not see the vascularity and lean muscle that you would gain on var. Personally, I would first get my Bf to 10% than take it.

Agreed, i was at 9% before i went on var, and was vascular as hell.
