    Question Where to jab prop

Where’s the best places to jab prop other than the gluts? I usually do gluts and delts. I did quads once and couldn’t walk for a week, much less work them. I was thinking about the tri’s. Any thoughts?

I use the same muscles regardless of the compounds. Primarily I shoot quads, delts, bi's, tri's, pecs, and traps.

Thanks Big. How long does it take for the muscles to get used to the prop and the pain becomes bearable?

That's a tough question, everyone is different. I've never been particularly bothered by prop. Test 400 was the only thing I've used that I found uncomfortable.

If using high quality prop (pharm or reputable ugl) you shouldnt have problems with any pain. only one ugl out of about 10 ive used gave me the dreaded "prop pain" that everyone here parrots about
