...depending on how often a week its injected. I want to do a 12 week sus only cycle at 500m per week. I've read many posts here saying that twice a week injects are great, but also many that say EOD in NECESSARY or certain parts of the compound are wasted.

I don't want to inject more than twice a week. My sus shots are 250m and ready to go, and I wouldn't want to go 750m a week anyway, as this is my first cycle.

considering how painful sus injects are, definitive answers on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

first off eod is not a must. it is roconmended because of the prop in it. to take full advantage of the prop and to keep blood levels stable i would suggest eod. and if you decide to go with eod that doesnt mean you have to shoot a full ml everytime you shoot. you would shoot 1/2 ml eod. which would still be 500mgs/week. now you can certainly shoot twice a week.
