Newbie to gear, looking for guidance
hello hello- i need advice and would appreciate some guidance here.
6'4" 245lbs 15% bf I am training twice a day, with at least 30 minutes of cardio a day and some days over a hour. I am doing plyo's with very short rest times to increase my conditioning as well as standard running, sprints, and stationary bike. i have been just under 10% bf and within the next 3.5 months would like to be back around 10%.
what i have..... stanazolic 50- 30ml..... sust 250.... equipoise 50mg.... test prop200, 200mg/2ml amps... and clomid....
i was planning on taking the stanz 1ml and 1 prop amp every other day for 6-8 weeks then finish with the clomid...
thank you for reading over this and any advice or changes i should make.

23 been lifting since i was 16. im not cut but big and bulky. diet is clean, lots of greens, chicken, lean meats very little cheese, lots of milk and i drink 3l of water a day

or u can switch the winni to weeks 6-10, if u want to harden up toward the end of your cycle!.. i think that would be a better idea
