Thread: Need Help ASAP!

    ^^^^i'm the same, i will drink a shake with 25g protein after my workout so the whey can be digested quickly, then eat some beef or chicken as well, or use the shake in between workout and cardio to help prevent muscle loss

    I slept most of today actually, I was supposed to meet a bunch of my buddies and my girl at the beach but that deff. wasn't happening. This mono is really playing hell on my body... I think that I will have my girl pick up some shakes for me and probably some soup. Right now it sucks only because I know I need to eat but I am struggling with eating 2-3 big meals a day.

    With the mono and it being so hard to even eat three meals a day I have this question for everyone...

    should I try to eat 4-5 smaller meals a day and don't fill up with each meal
    - or -
    Do I continue to struggle to eat 3 meals a day and continue to stuff my face with each meal until I am about to throw up...

    Pace myself or eat like there's no tomorrw?

    i would go for the smaller meals, that way your body is not straining to digest huge meals, but is given a constant stream of nutrients and energy to feed off of

    Would you reccomend this for the time that I am sick with mono only or for my new diet in general?

    i agree i was to young for my first cycle. wait learn how to workout for your body it took me some time to learn how my body works

    ...plus I'm sick as a dog now so this is no time to test my body to see what I can/can't eat or what I can/can't lift. I'd still like to start to learn what my body is capable of and this website is a great place to get started and learn some tricks here and there.

    both, smaller meals are easier to digest and right now your body needs all the nutrients it can get, but it also doesn't need to be "bothered" with the task of digesting a huge meal 3x a day
