Is my cycle ok guys !!
Hi guys i have got 30 1ml 250mg vials of sust , 20 2ml 200mg Vials of deca , 4 1ml 250mg vials of test E, and enough dianabol for 40mg ED for 5 weeks. This is how i plan to run the cycle.
Week 1-5 - 750mg Sust pw, 400mg Deca pw, 40mg Dianbol ed
Week 6-10 - 750mg Sust pw, 400mg Deca pw
Week 11-12 - 500mg Test E pw
I will inject 1ml 250mg of sust every Monday, Thursday & Sataurday
I will inject 2ml 400mg of deca every Monday & Thursday
Would it be ok to mix the sust and deca into one 3ml shot on the Monday & Thursday injections ?
Also will it be ok to run just 500mg of Test E PW for weeks 11-12 as i had this left over from a previous cycle or should i try and get my hands on 2 more vials and bump it too 750mg.
I havent planned my PCT as of yet but i dont plan on starting the cycle until i have everything i need, i am trying to get hold of armidex & caber incase of problems during cycle, and clomid, nolvadex & proviron for PCT, maybe even some HCG for weeks 11-12.
My diet will be as clean as possible throughout with about 4000 calories a day mainly from quality carbs and protein, and will be split into meals every 2.5 hours, i'll take milk thistle or Liv52 for the 5 weeks i'm on the dianabol and also try and drink a gallon of water ed too, and a number of vtiamins and minerals for general health and well being.
I will be aiming on hitting the gym 5 times a week and will do 10 mins cardio after every workout and 20 mins before breakfast everyday too.
This is just a rough guide to what i think the cycle will look like and would love some advice to what you guys think, i'll know more about my pct when i find out what i can get my hands on.Last edited by Blackster1975; 06-21-2008 at 06:39 AM.

ok good cycle expect i would just save the test e for another cycle and finish off your cycle with sust!..Just my opinion and umm if i were you, i wouldnt do cardio in the mourning before breakfast, i would do 25 minutes after training 3-4 times per week! Everything else is good tho, can u post your diet up here so we can glance at it and see it please? just to make sure ur getting the correct nutrients!

190lb - 188lb it varies from day to day
16"arms
42"chest
16"neck
22"legs
15"calves,
but my waist is 35" needs some work lol i wouldnt say i'm fat just been negelcting the cardio of late.
bulldog i've always been told its best to run the test for 2 weeks after the last shot of deca and then start pct 18 days after last sust shot ?

cycle looks like your basic test/deca /dbol and i like it. i would run the sust at the same dose all the way through as opposed to switch it out for a lower dose of test e the last two weeks.
yes you can mix the test and deca but 3mls is a decent volume, i would suggest you put it in your glutes or your quads if they can handle it.
pct you have many options but bascially you want and ai and a serm. hcg would also be beneficial.

I might try and get a 6 more vials of sust so i can run the sust for the 12 weeks at 750mg pw and that way leave the test e out all together.

I will have to wait till i purchase some casein protein before i can add it to my diet nutrional values as i dont know what the nutrional values are.
