Why do you divide oral doses?

if your taking 50mg of var or winni, why do you divide it up through the day? wouldn't you want it all in your system during your workouts? if not is it better to just take it twice a day, or since it's 10mg tabs, take 1 every few hours 5 times a day?


if the var profile says 8-12 hours active life, is that total or half life?

because if you take it all at once your blood levels will become unstable after the active life of the drug begins to decline.

splitting the dosage keeps your blood levels nice and stable.

you divide the doses for the same reason you divide prop or suspension shoots throughout the week, orals are only active in your body for several hours, so by only taking them once or twice per day you are spiking your blood test levels and your body's response to the spiking is to release the aromataze enzyme which converts testosterone to estrogen, meaning more sides

but if its life is between 8 and 12, wouldn't it be better to do 3 times ed, or 5 times spread between two days? to make sure its always up higher and not count on the higher side (12 hrs)?
