Hey guys it's me again trying to learn and figure this stuff out piece by piece. Ok heres my question I wanted to know if I am close to shuting down or i'm just freaking out? I took Winny for 3 weeks to cut down and then Anadrol for 4 weeks at 50mg for 2 weeks and then 100mg for the other 2 weeks. I have been takin Nolvadex for the past few days before I started freakin out about this it was basically to start my PCT. I know you guys are gunna say shit about what I took but it was all I could get at the time and now I am available to more stuff.
I also wanted to do a test E and Deca cycle how long should I wait to do this??

yes, I imagine you are shut down, you should run a good pct and then take at least a few months off, or get bloodwork to see when you are back to normal.

If it was me, since you took a total of 9 wk cycle I would post cycle for 4-5 which would be a total of 14 wk 9+5. then take 14 wks off in the mean time plan your cycle better next time, imo.

I took a total of 7 weeks and I am stoppin today lol. I've taken the nolvadex at 40mg for the past 4 days.

And now I know alot more so I really am gunna plan a better cycle cause this one was just what I could get and I'm scared of needles lol. I already decided that I am manning up and takin the needle so i'll be doin a much much better one next

Just make sure you don't rush into another cycle, it's tempting but it's best to wait till your body is as ready as your mind.
