Sustanon 400mgs/wk Week 1-10
Durabolin NPP 300mgs/wk Week 1-7
Anavar 40mgs/ed Week 9-13
HCG 400ius/wk Week 3-13
Arimidex ?mg/day Week ?-?

What dosage of Arimidex should I use to prevent sides, gyno, acne, bloat?
What week should I start taking Arimidex in?
Do I need to take more because of the hcg ?
Can I take Liquidex instead its much cheaper?

i think .25mg throughout is pretty common for prevention.

Liquidex and Adex are the same thing first of all. To control bloat 0.25mg ED for the life of the cycle is plenty regardless of HCG use.

Don't have a good answer for you, where would you use 1000mgs of anavar in this cycle?

Do I start the .25mg of arimidex /day at the begining of the cycle and run it until pct?

i probably wouldn't.. it might be fine at the end, but just because you have it doesn't mean you have to use it

That makes a good deal of sense.

I have heard that using a very mild steroid at the end of a cycle can help give your hpta a slightly better opportunity to rebound so its a little more stable before pct. Is this all bs?

Also for pct I was thinking about using
10-20mgs of Nolvadex
And Primordial Performances:
Sustain Alpha, Endo Amp,Toco-8

Is this good enough for pct and how long should I run this?

i've never heard of that stack you have, but it sounds like mostly bs to me.

the hpta thing might be true, but if you run anavar at the same time as sust your still gonna be shut down. even if you run it a couple weeks after you still have foreign test in you, which is why you wait a little for pct. so your hpta still might be shut down.

imo, not worth it. but its up to you obviously

Yeah I have a feeling that stack from primordial performance is just a bunch of bull but it sounds good on paper, take a peek at their site if you want.

Besides nolvadex 10-20mgs/day what would you recommend for my pct?

Also, Should I run any other supplements throughout the cycle?

glutamine?
Nitric Oxide?
Creatine?
Amino Acid Supplements?

As of now I'm not adding any of that crap cause i don't want it to interfere with the good stuff, but if you think they could help let me know.
