Jacking off 5 times a day you have to be closing in on the guinness book of world records. Maybe post your diet in the correct forum and start there, but you still should have kept something. Also look into the proper AI with the compounds you use next time bro. It's really not worth it to go without.

Back then about 400 grams. Nowadays about 300 grams.
I believe kwark is not totally the same as cottage cheese but I think it's comparable. About 50 grams of protein per cup and almost nothing else. That's why I eat it at 23:00.
These days I'm almost eating at Anabolic Diet style. Most meals only concist of protein and fat except for breakfast and supper. I think I'm at 15% now feel a lot better heheLast edited by TallMan; 07-21-2008 at 02:45 AM.
