goto a specialist or maybe an anti-estrogen but I dont know if that would work, if anything surgery which is a easy operation. get his estrogen levels checked. Is your cousin fat/overweight?

i feel ur cuz on that man... i was overweight when i was a kid and yes i have gyno too... pre-existing condition.. have to run an ai with my gear, dont have much of a choice.. good thing is that the doc says if i drop down my bf it wouldn't be noticable.. right now im 18% so i dont wanna opt for surgery just yet.. who knows, it really might not show...
anyways, is your cuz eating alota fast food??? that's what did me in...

I can't advise someone that young to experiment with bb'ing drugs, but I'd get a second opinion of a doc and see if it could be reversed or need to be. I reckon he's just converting into estrogen but whether that would go away or stay I wouldn't know. Maybe scibble will find your post and let you know something more detailed.

It can be transient and normal, but I agree with see an endocrinologist, get blood work, also cut out fast food and start a cleaner diet. One dude I knew said it resolved when he cut out dairy, but that's just one case.
