    Gyno From Puberty.

Isn't bad, but I am self conscious of it. Im 21, never used a steroid . Because of professional sports i do get drug tested ALOT. My nipples are 'puffier' then the usual, I may have a little extra tissue ( i say little because only i would notice) and under the skin on the right side of my right nipple is a small lump which is sometimes slightly sore to the touch. Is there anything i can take to help this? Im really new to this forum so any help is appreciated.

If it's a lump and feels sore/sensitive, it's usually gyno.
However, if you've had it for a couple years, the gyno reversal (letro etc) won't work. The only other effective option is surgery

Yeha i have had it for a couple of years. I have seen a doctor about it and he seems to think it isnt anything to worry about and it shouldnt get worse. You know how alot of us are though. It may not seem like anything to worry about to him, but i really dont want it there hahaha. Could it have anything to do with puffier nipples? Or is that genetic. Its not body fat ( or i dont think it is. Bf 11%)

I have seen some posts on old gyno getting better or reduced by the gyno treatment takes a couple of months usually. I was not saying you were fat. I just read a post yesterday not sure which board where a guy had surgery and the surgeon said it was all fat tissue he removed no gynomastic tissue. But, if it is painful it is probably not fat. Good luck anyway

Thanks for the help guys. I think it may be in my best interest to get to a doctor for a second opinion. Appreciate all the help.
