That dark feeling of coming off a cycle
Yep, it's that time when the cycle ends and the blues begin. Emotionally, it gets kind of tough but it comes with the territory (I tell myself) and I just have to suck it up. I put it in perspective easily because I know what major depression is like so I just say, at least it's not that bad. I only use nolva when I recover pretty easily from that alone (I was on for 8 mos). Taking clomid really takes me for a nosedive so I stick with nolva and just wait a month or so and I get my groove back. In the past, the drinking follows that depressed feeling but by now I know that alcohol just leads to further depression so I'm going to do it right this time. I'll keep my bodyfat low, maintain my weight (until my own natural test kicks in) and then get back to creating a lean, this time, natural physique which I'll maintain the year througout. Of course, the strength goes down significantly, but I'm doing a pumping, high volume type training and getting that cool buzz that goes with that. It's all good. Anyone else coming off and depressed?

your pct sucks
my pct
http://forums.steroid.com/pct-post-cycle-therapy/354573-one8nines-opinion-pct-links-side-effect-control-too.html#post4111013
i never lose strength when coming off, maybe 25% of my size
i used to get depressed on nolva only pct too
get hcg and proviron
now that i fixed up my pct the only difference from cycle->pct-> time off is hunger, recovery time, and rate of growth

Im with one8nine on this one.
Nolva alone after 8 months really is not sufficient enough for a full recovery. Hope you do recover well and keep most of your gains. Just keep your diet up and training RIGHT and you should be fine...welll with a better pct tho
And yes it sucks to come off cycle but hell, it makes ya look forward to the next one

i dont get depressed but then again i dont do 8 month long cycles either.
i maintained large majority of size (- couple lbs. water), strength goes down, and i can't eat worth a shit, so eating the calories comes HARD!

During my PCT I incorporated clen during workouts and it improved my strength to the point where I lifted just as heavy as when "on". But my PCT was much better than yours, sorry, its just my opinion. I never felt depressed at all. Alcohol is a depressant so its like adding fuel to an already burning fire. Good luck Bro.

I do a good pct...but here's where this may a help a few guys...My mindset is this...ok My body needs a break to rest and to PREP FOR MY NEXT CYCLE...the whole time i'm concentrating on taking my body to another level in order to take it that much further on the next go around...it works for me!!!
