Will 30mg of arimidex enough for a cycle?

Considering you also have lots of nolva.

EDIT : btw,the arimidex will be used just in case gyno sign appears. for pct,it will be kept simple with only nolva.

whats you cycle first?? and not really a good idea to use both in my opion,,, estrogen is anabolic and will help put muscle on. Remember that.Just keep it in check

you need like .25mg arimidex daily to prevent gyno (how long is your cycle? you do the math)
you dont wait for gyno to shot before you start arimidex, if you get gyno signs you waited too long now you need letro
nolva shouldnt be used on cycle
nolva only pct sucks

my cycle would be 500mg/w sustanon plus maybe Dbol 30mg/d

will run for 10 weeks or 12.

i highly doubt you need either adex or nolva for that..... but i dont know your sensitivty to gyno, also if your bodyfat% is higer then 13% the body likes to aromitize more and at a quicker rate

sustanon sucks get test e or test c instead, 500mg a week means you're planning on injected 2x a week, you need to inject ed or eod

i know about the rule of sustanon . Its just test e is very rare now here,and its almost impossible to get it

so 30 mg would be enough.

the arimidex this must be very small i guess. how do you break the 1mg into 4 piece?

yeah just in case. i got full time before my cycle. i will try to cut to 10% before my cycle

Right on bro. I'm just speaking frm expierence, but when i didt use an AI( barley) through out my cycle,, and i did use a bit more test then your using now, i gained more muscle and felt alot better
