how do u blood dope? u take like a liter of blood out like a month before a competition, then before u compete u inject the blood back in...

Well yeah, but only the red blood cells. Thats one way. EPO would be the other way.

No, not really...depends on the event. Juice a marathon runner and it's likely to slow him down.
