It works well for me. Helps ya hold on to some muscle while reducing calories

bf 12-14
3years gym, 6month before gym on bow-flex.
Cycles 2 - 1 400mg test c 1-8wk
2 500mg test c (1-12)/300mg tren (1-8)/d-bol 40mg (1-4)per day.
Now both ran
Novla 40mg 1-4, lowed to 20mg 4-8
Amonasin 25mg 1-4wks
Vit E 1000ui a day
Also would try getting HCG for my next pct. But other then that I would like to know about the holding muscle and what would work.
500mg 1-10 test c
T3 50MCG 1-5WKS
MAYBE lower test and run it to 1-12 and run some tren(300mg per week 1-8)

you can run clen 6 weeks on 2 weeks off if you take benadryl
pyramid up to 100mcg on the t3, 50mcg is kinda low
high test or low test/low tren are both good options
youll need letro or arimidex on cycle too

Well right now my diet is half way there, I plan on slowy dieting down from a bulking diet.
But what my goals are,
Meal 1 - oatmeal/protein shake
Workout 45mins workout/ 40min run
Meal 2 - Veggie/Lean protein
Meal 3 - lean protein
Meal 4 - veggie/lean protein
Meal 5 - Lean protein
Meal 5 cottage cheese
