    Customs

With the expiration of my health plan, i decided to buy my HRT script from overseas at 25% of the cost here. I received a notice of "Informed Compliance" from the US Customs and Border Protection that "unauthorized importation of controlled substance are subject to seizure and forfeiture"....it informs me that i can "voluntarily abandon" the script or i can "commence seizure procedings"....will evidence of my prescription be enough for return of it or should i just drop it?

I'd go for the second one. I assume it means you want to challenge their claim. They'll tell you what you need to have so it can go through.

it depends on how you obtained the gear. if the gear is from a personal source or UGL then i wouldnt do it. but if your package only had pharm gear that you have a prescription for, then you have a case. but personally i wouldnt feel that safe with a prescription that was written overseas by some schmuck foreign doctor who wanted some extra cash off a cheap American...
